Phase 1 – Aligo Energies Cassava Refinery Complex From The Ops Angle

Phase 1 of the Aligo Energies Cassava Refinery Complex represents the complete establishment of a fully integrated industrial cassava processing and logistics ecosystem, designed to immediately support large-scale production, quality control and distribution.

At the heart of this phase is a complete cassava drying line, which serves as the core production system for converting fresh cassava into high-grade dried chips suitable for industrial use and export markets. Product consistency is ensured through two moisture content analyzers, which provide real-time quality assurance and compliance with buyer specifications.

To guarantee uninterrupted operations, the facility is powered by two industrial generators, ensuring reliable energy supply independent of grid constraints. This is further strengthened by a CNG energy infrastructure comprising two tube bundles and a PRS (Pressure Reduction System), designed to enhance fuel efficiency, reduce operating costs and support scalable energy demand across operations and logistics.

Phase 1 also includes a fully developed industrial logistics and material handling fleet, consisting of a payloader, weighbridge, four 440HP tractor heads, one 530HP tractor head, four semi-trailers, and three flatbed trailers. This system ensures seamless movement of raw cassava from farm collection points to the facility, efficient internal handling within the plant and reliable dispatch of finished products to storage hubs, buyers, and export terminals.

Overall, Phase 1 is structured as a fully operational refinery launch platform, combining processing capability, power independence, quality assurance systems, and end-to-end logistics. 

It is not a partial setup but a complete industrial execution phase designed to deliver immediate production output and export readiness from commencement.

THE PSALTRY EFFECT: WHAT SERIOUS INVESTORS MUST UNDERSTAND
